Document Legalization/Hợp pháp hoá giấy tờ

Legalization is the process of certifying a document so that it can be recognized and accepted in a foreign country.

The legalization process typically involves several steps:

  1. Identify the type of document. Is it a state-issued, federal, or personal document, etc.?
  2. Identify the county of destination. What country will your document(s) be sent to?
  3. Apostille at the Secretary of State where your document was issued. For example, if your document was issued in California, you will need an Apostille in the state of California.
  4. Legalization with the Embassy/Consulate where your document will be used.

Processing time: The legalization process can take approximately 4-10 business days, or you can upgrade to 3-day delivery for an additional fee. Every case is different. Please call 714-487-4197 for more information on your specific case.

Pricing: $125-$355 for standard delivery; for multiple documents, a discounted fee may be available to fit your budget.
